CLW (Kensington and Chelsea) NHS Talking Therapies is a dynamic and innovative Talking Therapies service based in a diverse area of London.

We are looking for a Deputy Clinical Lead to join our senior management team to work alongside our existing Deputy Clinical Lead.


CLW NHS Talking Therapies is a site based service with opening hours of 8am-8pm Mon - Thurs and 8am - 5pm Friday.

The role involves working one late shift weekly and Thursdays are a required working day.


We are looking for someone with extensive experience of NHS Talking Therapies (IAPT) in a management capacity, you will have excellent clinical skills, be a BABCP accredited High Intensity therapist and have substantial supervisory experience.

You will be familiar with IAPT requirements and have experience of using data to manage delivery of all key targets.

The successful applicant may have contact with patients or service users.

CLW NHS Talking Therapies is one of 6 Talking Therapies services run by CNWL NHS Trust. We have offer a CPD programme through Bespoke MH, as well as access to HEE funded CPD courses. The Trust also provides excellent opportunities for leadership development including the 21st century leadership programme.
