Technical Training Advisor

£42,000 + bonus, flexible benefits allowance + more

Fantastic opportunity for a Technical Training Advisor to join a global FMCG company based in Cambridge.

This company are well known for being one of Cambridge's top employers, offering an impressive package along with excellent working conditions.

The Technical Training Advisor will work in a very varied role with a mixture of office based and operational duties.

Key responsibilities include:

Design and implement new training plans, deliver effective technical training in accordance with GMP
Close liaison with technical experts to create and procedures and content
Partnering with the leadership team to review individual training plans
Train and develop internal trainers
Conduct research to enhance learning and technical training

Qualifications and experience required:

Training qualification / train the trainer
Experience in the design, development and delivery of training programmes and processes
Good computer skills with the ability to create reports
Fantastic communication skills, written and verbally
Experience working in a production/manufacturing GMP environment
