Gi Group are excited to be offering a permanent full time role for an experienced Administrator who has passion to work within a Warehouse setting.

This role can offer varied day to the right Administrator and opportunities for development.

Responsibilities for the Transport and Warehouse Administrator:

To administrate and produce all necessary paperwork relating to Warehouse Pick & Pack process, including Order Assembly, Picking Sheets, Dispatch Notes, Courier Labelling
To administrate the Transport Management System including
Data uploading, Route arrangement / preparation, Manifest production
To monitor Order Acknowledgements to ensure the following
Appropriate delivery modes are allocated, Bookingin is completed as required, any potential issues are reported and managed
To monitor and update courier portals with outgoing delivery information.
To investigate Customer Complaints relating to the Operations Department and instigate claims as required. Including the collation of all paperwork and 3rd party information.
To assist in the collating and management of reporting paperwork and data including Vehicle Inspection Reports, Fork Lift truck Inspection Reports, Tachograph Data, Maintenance and Damage Reports
Assist in the upkeep of Daily, Weekly and Monthly compliance and performance reports.
Maintain an Approved Contractor and Operational Supplier Register. Liaise with internal departments to ensure Customer satisfaction is prioritized.
