Job Title:
Transport Admin/Customer Service Coordinator


Location:
Beaumont Leys, Leicester


Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break (45 hours per week)


Salary:
£12 per hour


We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our client's team as a Transport Admin/Customer Service Coordinator at our agency located in Beaumont Leys.

In this role, you will primarily focus on administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle incoming calls from depots, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth transportation operations
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining records
  • Assist in various areas of the business as required
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity in all interactions

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a fastpaced customer service environment is essential
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks
  • No prior transportation experience necessary; training will be provided
  • Must be a strong personality with the ability to handle challenging situations confidently
