Salary:
£10.90 per hour
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Welsh ambassador within the Welsh Curriculum department at Cardiff and Vale College. This role will be based across various sites.

Responsibilities include:

To represent Welsh for learners at CAVC.
To support and encourage Welsh speaking learners to complete their work through the medium of Welsh.
To create innovative and promotional social media resources to support and develop Welsh curriculum.
To promote and develop Welsh cultural celebrations at CAVC.
To develop Welsh/Bilingual extracurricular activities for learners.
To support and liaise with Welsh team at CAVC.
To work independently and as a team player reporting to the Welsh Curriculum Manager and Welsh transition officer on a consistent basis.
To work towards the aims and objectives of the CAVC Welsh vision.
To support and liaise with the Welsh team at CAVC.
To attend meetings as when necessary.
Welsh language skills are essential for this role.
