Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Response Officer.

As a Response Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises.

Duties:

Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect any suspicious activity.
Monitor surveillance systems to identify potential security threats.
Respond promptly to alarms or calls for assistance and take appropriate action.
Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and safety.
Conduct investigations into incidents or violations, gather evidence, and prepare detailed reports.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to resolve issues or incidents.
Perform first aid or emergency response procedures as needed.
Assist with loss prevention efforts by identifying and reporting any theft or damage.

Qualifications:

SIA Licence essential.
Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
Excellent observation skills with the ability to quickly assess situations.
Proficient in using surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems is desirable.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods of time.
