Are you seeking a new role? Fancy a 4 day working week?

We have a fantastic opportunity working for our friendly local client within their production team.

Due to continued success they are seeking an additional Production / Packaging Operative to join their growing team.

This role would suit a motivated individual, able to work consistently and within a team environment. You will be required to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality.

Duties include:
-

Following production guidelines and specifications
Monitoring the production line and removing faulty products
Maintaining a clean environment, equipment, and production line
Working on the production line and meeting production targets
Ensuring production meets standards, compliance, customer, and business needs
Completing Quality Control checks as required
Picking and Organising orders for dispatch
Monitoring the packaging line and removing faulty products
Stacking, palletising, packing, and labelling
Performing other tasks when assigned
Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty
Maintaining a clean environment
Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty
Following Health and Safety Standards

Skills Required:

Flexible attitude and positive approach
An eye for detail
Good communication skills
Happy to work as part of a team

Own transport required due to location.
