Description

Procurement:

The IT Business Support Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the procurement of IT equipment and resources for the organization.

This includes researching and evaluating vendors, helping negotiating contracts, and ensuring that purchases are within budget and comply with organizational policies and procedures.


Asset Management:
The IT Business Support Coordinator helps maintain an inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.

They also help to ensure that all IT assets are properly maintained, tracked, and disposed of at the end of their lifecycle.


Administration:

The IT Business Support Coordinator performs administrative tasks such as maintaining IT policies and procedures, coordinating IT-related training, and managing IT-related projects.

To provide an efficient and courteous procurement support service to staff as a member of the Trusts IT support team.

Assist, where needed the Head of IT Service Delivery and Business Support Unit Manager with light-touch PA type activities. To support with admin tasks within the IT operations team where asked.
