To complete all daily, weekly and monthly activities as requested by the Inventory Team.

To ensure that the Operation runs as efficiently as it can and all tasks are completed to ensure that stock reflects the WMS.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Actively work on the floor:
  • Ensure Locked Inventory is managed at least every 2 hours, or as required.
  • Ensure that any stock checks resulting in SUSPENSE are fully investigated and cleared.
  • Free Space Checks. Recording and filing all results.
  • Ensure all locations are levelled before any PI Counts begin.
  • PI counts are completed within 24 hours of start and SUSPENSE written off with results recorded.
  • Thoroughly investigate all Recaps and Adjustments prior to any action.
  • Complete spot checks on Picking.
  • Complete spot checks on GoodsIn activities
  • Assist with QC checks / PRS work
  • Investigate and report the reasons for Inventory Found and put back to stock.
  • Ensure all stock is in appropriate zones
  • Complete any additional task as requested by Inventory Supervisor / Manager.

Skills:


  • Able to communicate clearly both written and orally
  • Use of Microsoft Office with good excel skills.


  • CargoWrite

  • Trained to PLUS level or working towards.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work to timetables.
  • Able to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Full Reach Truck and HLOP License. (Advantageous)


The applicant must be flexible with working hours to ensure that they are available to assist on Customer Stock takes at weekends and provide cover with overlap to opposite shift as required.
