Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a large public sector organisation in Greater Manchester, who are looking to recruit a Finance Officer on an interim basis for 6 months initially.

This role offers a flexible working schedule.

Duties will include;

  • Process purchase invoices / credit notes
  • Receive, sort and process AP suppliers' invoices and credit notes
  • Review and reconcile supplier statements and reminders
  • Raise sales invoices and credit notes
  • Reporting on the age and status of outstanding debts
  • Resolve payment related problems

Person:

  • Previous transactional finance experience
  • Excellent communication skills
