Hours of Work:08:30 - 17:00, Monday - Friday

Your role:


A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator to join the HR People Services team based at our Head Office, in Dunfermline.


Reporting to the HR Shared Services Team Leader, this role will provide administrative support in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

You will be naturally customer obsessed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, whilst remaining close to the detail and working to resolve issues in a timely manner.


You will be the first point of contact for HR Business Partners, Line Managers and Site Managers providing core HR administration and dealing with day-to-day queries to the group including HR system and database updates.


You will undertake all administration for starters and leavers, as well as the management of several mailboxes relating to HR enquiries.

You should have experience of working with hourly paid employees.


As an experienced administrator you will have strong attention to detail, confident communication skills, the ability to deal with information in a confidential manner and a "can do" flexible mind set.
