Welcome to Lynfield Mount Hospital:

We are currently looking for dedicated and skilled Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join our team at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust.

This is a temporary position starting on 11/03/2024 and ending on 12/03/2024.

Located at Lynfield Mount Hospital on Heights Lane in Bradford, West Yorkshire, our facility provides high-quality care and support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

As a Band 5 RMN, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients on their journey to recovery.

The shift for this position will start at 19:30:00 and end at 08:00:00, providing you with a unique opportunity to work during the night and make a difference when our patients need it the most.

You will receive a payment rate of £270 per shift, paid on a paye basis.

As a Band 5 RMN at Lynfield Mount Hospital, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, conducting assessments, and developing care plans.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that each patient receives personalized and holistic care.

In addition to clinical duties, you will also be expected to engage with patients and their families, providing emotional support and education on mental health issues.

Your compassion, empathy, and excellent communication skills will be essential in building trusting relationships with those in your care.

Furthermore, you will need to demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure the smooth running of the unit during your shift.

Your ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions will be invaluable in handling unexpected situations that may arise.
