Our client is expanding and they have a great opportunity for a Planning Associate to join their fast-paced team.


The role will require the chosen individual to work closely with the Head of Planning to implement the corporate investment strategy.

The role will require work at all stages of the planning process from site acquisition through to delivery.


Responsibilities

  • Appointment and management of key project consultants
  • Assisting the investor team on site acquisitions and investment strategy
  • Liaison with investors and project partners
  • Preparation and management of planning programmes
  • Produce a weekly project dashboard to provide weekly updates on progress and key issues
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Planning

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years postgraduation experience
  • Ideally to have RTPI accreditation Skills
*Knowledge and experience with central London mixed used developments

  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
