We're on the lookout for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as an Apprentice Customer Care Representative.
This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and grow within our company while delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and reach out to customers regarding concerns, queries, and general support questions.
- Address customer complaints and issues with empathy and a problemsolving approach.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Continuously strive to enhance customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Requirements:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths grade 4 (C) or above
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
- Customerfocused attitude with a desire to provide outstanding service.
- Willingness to learn and adapt
