Car parking doesn't get more exciting than FastPark. Our parking service provides a quick, convenient and secure start to our passengers' journey.

Our FastPark team will collect a passengers vehicle when they arrive then safely and securely drive the vehicle to a secure parking area for long stay parking.

On the day of return, our team will safely deliver the vehicle back to FastPark ready for collection.

Dealing with tens of thousands of vehicle movements each year, if there are any damage claims you will be responsible for investigating the case raised and working with the customer to resolve it.

You will:

Deliver excellent customer service working with our wider Customer Service team as and when required
Be responsible for all FastPark feedback enquiries and wider car parking enquiries
Investigate any incidents on a case by case basis
Detect trends in incidents and offer solutions to prevent them happening again
Record incidents within our Health and Safety system (Oshens)
Be responsible for raising purchase orders, sundry payments, invoicing and receipting and ordering uniform
Link up with our Insurance and Legal team if required
