  • The Healthy Homes Service supports lowincome homeowners and private rented tenants make their homes warmer, healthier, and cheaper to heat, providing energy efficiency improvements, essential repairs and affordable financial assistance.
  • A new Caseworker is required to join the service to help us to deliver work that supports the Council's key objectives of reducing inequalities, tackling the climate emergency, and making strong and thriving towns and places.
  • The successful applicant will deal with all customer enquiries and referrals from frontline Council services and partner organisations, providing support to residents and collaborating closely with other team members and contractors to ensure work is carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
