Description

We are looking for two experienced Recruitment Administrators on a fixed term basis to join a busy HR team at Spectrum Community Health.

You will provide a range of recruitment administrative duties which includes advertising vacancies, preparing conditional and unconditional offers of employment and issuing contracts of employments.

You will also provide basic Recruitment advice to support the HR team on recruitment policies and procedures as well as support with department projects.


The post-holder will be expected to liaise with staff and managers at all levels of the business and will be responsible for dealing with day-to-day queries relevant to the area of work.

The post holder will work under the direction of their line manager in line with procedures for the area of work, they will be expected to work on their own initiative and prioritise work on a day-to-day basis.

All recruitment activity will be undertaken in accordance with procedures, in a timely and efficient manner, prompting excellence in customer service and upholding the reputation of the service.
