About Our Client:

The client are a Financial Services firm who have had some great success in their field and need additional team members to support the AP function and be at the core of the team

  • The key responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Assistant will be varied around the supplier invoices and being the point of contact both internally and externally.

Other day to day tasks will include:

  • Processing a high volume of invoices
  • Supporting with bank reconciliations
  • Manage supplier payments
  • Monthly expense and credit cards
  • Arrange the payments runs for manager approvals
