This is a fantastic opportunity to realise a brand new role for Simplyhealth, where as Head of Product Design you will come in to lead and shape the design function helping us to realise our ambition of becoming product led which means putting great designat the heart of everything we do.

This is a critical role that will be involved from initial concept, through each stage of development and on to delivery and support to execute new products and services that ensure our growth ambitions are realised.

As Simplyhealth's design leader, youwill build a strategic digital capability to take products to market with a strong business centric outlook, linking business and design together to build propositions that can grow and scale.

This role will work closely alongside members of the wider Product team, working cross-functionally to integrate design thinking into the day-to-day operations of the business.

Working across our portfolio in both the B2C and B2B sectors you will build capabilitieswith design centric thinking to ultimately change consumer behaviour through design.

You will help build Simplyhealth's clear user-first design culture while mentoring the User Experience (UX) & Design area as the team expand.

A dynamic UX & Design vision will be vital to our success, in a world where users invest their valuable time engaging with our platform and products.

You'll be experienced in defining the focus and vision for a team and want to develop and manage your ownteam, working with the product leads to raise the standards of design across the organisation.
