We are looking for an individual to join our clients small and established team.

You will work closely with the Partners ensuring all administrative duties are carried out and completed to a high standard.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain client records and data on the CRM system
  • Preparation of meeting material & documentation
  • Obtaining quotations and other relevant information
  • Producing client valuations and reports
  • General office admin

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience working in a Financial Advisory practise
  • Confident IT user
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
  • Highly organised

Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
