Location - Hook, Hampshire


Shift pattern - 5 days a week - Monday - Friday and every other Saturday but you will get this day back in the week - Alternating shifts: 8:00-16:15 or 9:45-18:00


Salary - Up to £28,000 with a bonus of up to 10%

The Job Role:


Reporting to the Customer Finance Operations Team Manager, you will form a key part of the close knit team who are available to help our customers with queries.


  • Acting as a point of referral and booking service for returns, cancellations, and taking details for refunds and other customer payment requests
  • Being an escalation point for complaints, unwinds, vehicle issues, deliveries and working closely with the service delivery team

Things we look for in you:


Must have experience:


  • The role holder will have a passion for providing excellent customer service within a Customer Experience team and be able to demonstrate and be proud of their success stories
  • Experience within a fast moving customer contact centre/experience team or equivalent
  • Understanding of the customer journey and the importance of delivering great customer service is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills with strong customer service skills and a passion for finding solutions to enhance performance
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels
  • Wellorganised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask

Added bonus:


  • Previous experience within the automotive industry or brokerage would be an advantage
  • Previous experience using a CRM platforms (Zendesk) would be an added benefit

Icing on the cake experience:


  • An understanding of working in a rapid growing startup and/or ecommerce industry
