A well established private clinic in West London are looking for a
Payroll Officer to join their expanding team

Main duties and responsibilities of the
Payroll Officer

  • Organise and prioritise own workload ensuring strict deadlines are adhered to, be responsible for a section of payroll records on a day to day basis and ensure the timely and accurate payment of salaries.
  • Be expert in Statutory Term and Conditions, advising Staff daily.
  • Calculate and pay industrial injury entitlements where appropriate.

Essential skills and qualifications for the
Payroll Officer role
- _
NVQ Level 5 in Payroll Administration or equivalent experience_
- _
Minimum of two years working within a multi-disciplinary payroll Department_
- _
Experience of using a computerised integrated HR/Payroll system and be able to contribute to development and system improvements_
- _
Good working knowledge of Tax, National Insurance, Statutory Sick Pay and all relevant legislation_
