The perfect opportunity for a salesperson looking to break into sales but does not have any previous sales experience._

Our client is a leading IT Distribution with over 25 years in the industry providing IT technology to the Public and Private Sector.

They are now developing their sales academy and are looking for 3 Graduate Sales Executives.

The Graduate Sales Executive role will be a January/February start and will cover all aspects of sales and technology through an extensive training program.

You will be in the Basingstoke office initially but once you find your feet you will move into ahybrid role, coming into the office 3 times a week.

A key element to this role is the opportunity to move across different divisions of the business to develop a range of skills.

Recent hires have come from the following backgrounds, but what makes them successful is the fact they are articulate and have an eagerness to learn a new market and want to work in sales.

Previous customer related sales experience.
A college or university level of education looking to move into sales.
A businessrelated role outside of sales but with a high level of business to business interaction.

The Graduate Sales Executive role will have a full benefits package and a bonus scheme, but the key to this role is the training and the opportunity to join a market leading consultancy with over 30 years' experience and a multi-million pound turnover anda track record to developing their staff into industry leaders.
