Description

Direct Response Employment Services are delighted to be supporting a friendly and family feel business in Frome who are seeking a sales ledger to join the team on a temporary basis.

Key Duties:

Dealing with incoming phone calls from customers
Provide customers with copy documents as and when required
Take credit card payments over the phone
Post and allocate payments on customer accounts
Liase with the sales department to resolve customer issues
Monitor credit limits and payment terms
Bank reconciliation
Invoice and credit note uploads
Setting up payments on the bank for staff/refunds to customers
Credit Control

Hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with an hourly rate of £11.60 per hour. Hours can be flexible or look at part time hours.
