HR Manager
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Manager to join our client based in Ascot

The successful HR Manager will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with senior leaders to design and implement the UK strategy and initiatives
  • Advising the business on effective ways to manage employee relations issues
  • Proactively working with managers to analyse skill gaps and provide applicable advice and guidance
  • Reviewing and developing processes to ensure all documentation and processes are compliant with employment law
  • Training and developing Senior Leadership Team and line managers in practical HR advice and guidance
  • Managing the recruitment activity and resource planning (short and long term) for the business.
  • Developing and running system reports and analytics for Management meetings

The HR Manager will have:

  • HR generalist experience
  • Experience in a similar role
  • CIPD qualification and registered with CIPD level
  • Strong leadership experience, managing an HR function effectively
  • Effective knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Experience of delivering training and other learning interventions
  • An excellent level of computer knowledge, keyboard skills and software) expertise, as well as MS Office packages
