The Company:
Our client is a successful design-focused Engineering/Manufacturing business seeking to recruit a Trade Compliance Coordinator.
The Role:
The main responsibilities of the role include coordinating activities to maintain compliance with International Trade regulations and processes, with a main focus on trade compliance technical data preparation
Other responsibilities include:
- Manage requests for customs
- Analyse technical drawings and documentation to discern relevant information
- Monitor supplier and manufacturing specifications and liaise with relevant department
- Preparing data for import clearance and export
- Clearance instructions
The Person:
- Good organisation skills to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable
- Be able to maintain confidentiality
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Able to work independently and on own initiative
- Good verbal and written communication
