2 Fawcett are recruiting for a Sales and Purchasing Administrator / Graduate. You will be responsible for administration and support functions within the Sales & Purchasing team, such as order processing/management. Liaising and communicate with customer & suppliers on matters of order expediting, and basic enquiries & quotation.
Duties of the Purchasing Administrator
- Enter sales quotes and sales orders on ERP system
- Enter purchase orders on ERP system
- Performing contract reviews of entered Sales orders
- Verify supplier order acknowledgments against Purchase order requirements
- Expedite customer orders with internal department and update Sales team and/or customers accordingly
- Assist with sales order maintenance, such as date amendments, of live and unallocated orders as necessary
- Create customer specific order status reports
- Update Purchase orders based on order status updates from supplier
- Update Purchase order in line with monthly price surcharges adjustments
- Liaise with customers regarding issuing quotations using preagreed pricing structures
- Answering incoming calls within the team and handling queries
- Run reports and collate data for the sales team and senior management
- Any other tasks as necessary
- Excellent attention to detail & accuracy
- High degree of Numeracy
- PC Literate
- MS Office
- Intermediate level
- Good general knowledge of the office based processes.
- Clear Communication
Salary:
