The Position


As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships and sales focused on acquiring new business, deepening existing relationships and delivering on aggressive sales targets for Technology Professional Services, Systems Integration and Support & Managed Services.


What will you be doing?

  • Directly manage Sales and Strategic Partner Team Members. Provide coaching, motivation, career development planning
  • Encourage a team atmosphere, promote professional growth. Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports
  • Develop and grow a network of Strategic Partners within the UK/Euro Market
  • Focus Sales and SPM efforts on growing Immersive and Experiential AV pipeline, while also maintaining sales volumes within existing corporate customers
  • Execute a growth strategy and work with the "One Team" to determine and deliver key performance indicators
  • Track and report sales targets to goal and forecast
  • Collaborate with the Global VP
  • Partner Strategy to develop and implement business development strategies to identify, qualify and secure prospects
  • Allocate sales targets to individual team members, assist in achieving targets
  • Work in partnership with Operations team to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Marketing to build campaigns around specific Markets and/or Customers
  • Conduct market research to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
  • Proactively lead discussion with new and existing clients on innovation that provide a valueadd solution
  • Work collaboratively with all internal departments to develop innovative concepts and business models for various lines of business
  • Deliver effective sales process leadership, helping the team to reach sales goals
  • Attend networking events with clients, consultants and suppliers
  • Other duties as required or assigned by company management
  • To ensure mandatory compliance with information security policies, standards and procedures.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience as a Commercial or Sales leader (or relevant role) working within a related industry
  • Experience in managing relationships in the partner community such as architects, creative companies, content providers, corporate furniture providers, etc.
  • Excellent with sales strategy planning and execution, sales operations, customer success, partner management, business planning, and sales support management
  • Proven track record of sales growth across the UK/ Euro region
  • Experience in researching new business markets and commercial success in executing Business Development strategy and finding profitable new revenue stream
  • Strategic mindset and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting processes, content, opinions
  • Proactive and highly motivated selfstarter with a desire to succeed
  • Proven managerial and leadership skills. Excellent people management skills to include highest level of integrity, employee engagement acumen who embraces 360feedback on own and teams' performance
  • Excellent negotiation skills and change management experience
  • Proven ability to work at senior management level with strong influencing and persuasive skills
  • Strong communicator both verbal and written. Professional and articulate manner with proven ability to engage with clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Capable to open doors and develop relationships in competitive environment
  • Positive and collaborate approach, whilst forward thinking to anticipate and react to evolving requirement of the business.
  • Strong system knowledge and ability to interrogate and report key performance indicators
