Reporting to the Training Officer, you will deliver, co-ordinate and track all generic site based training for colleagues, from point of joining the business at induction, to ensuring completion of generic modules.

Experience needed:

Two years experience in a food factory/production environment
Strong IT skills
Excellent people and leadership skills
Good communication skills both written and verbal Driving licence and access to transport
