As a Acquisitions and Estates Surveying Assistant you will provide support for the Property team.

What you will be doing:


  • Assist with the Acquisitions on a national basis
  • Negotiate and agree the locations, size and rent of properties
  • Willing to travel wherever the need exists
  • Liaising with external consultants in relation to professional issues
  • Negotiating Heads of terms and Leases
  • An understanding of property law is essential
  • Liaise with landlords on repairing issues
  • Operate with a degree of flexibility and independence within the area, whilst also enjoying the support of your team
  • Working alongside different departments to produce layout designs
  • To support the Property team with ad hoc duties
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures
