Salary:
£23,000 full time equivalent, so £15,000 part time based on 25 hours per week

Location:
Stevenage

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week across 4 days, flexible with hours

The Company:


We are delighted to represent our client who is a leader in the Fresh Produce industry, who are seeking an Administrator to join their fast-paced business and support the Stevenage site with all agency and recruitment administration.

Main Accountabilities

  • Recording daily hours worked by employees with agency suppliers
  • Calculating the weekly cost of labour by supplier and partnering with operations/accounts teams to ensure we are accurately capturing agency spend
  • Maintaining starters and leavers in our time and attendance system
  • Organising onsite induction process and relevant paperwork including contracts, offer letters, induction packs etc
  • Supporting line managers with administration during the endtoend recruitment process

To be considered for this position:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Demonstrate an organised approach to workload and be able to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills required including experience with Microsoft Excel & Word
  • The desire to work in a parttime role across 4 days per week

The benefits:

  • A competitive salary of up to £15K pro rata (based on 25 hours per week) depending on experience
  • Social hours of working Monday-Friday only
