Job Description:

Calling all early risers Do you have a couple of hours to spare in the mornings?

We are looking for staff who are available from 7:00 to 11.30 on weekdays and on weekends.

Our hours for this position can fit very nicely around the existing commitments you have. Perhaps you are a retiree that has no desire to retire? Maybe you're a mother with children about to fly the nest into adulthood? No matter what stage of life you are in, if you care, we want to hear from you

  • Early mornings 07:00 11:30 on weekdays and weekends

Excellent pay rates - from £ £11.50 plus enhanced rate for working bank holidays.

Clients local to you. Introductions/ Shadows to all clients.

Minimum 1 hour calls_ _
- No 15 minute care calls.
  • This will enable you to spend the needed valuable time with the client.

Mileage allowance at 30p a mile.

Training:

- fully paid award winning training and ongoing support, with genuine career development opportunities. We also have access to specialist training/ qualifications e.g., City & Guilds Alzheimer's and End of Life.

Responsibilities:


Here's what you could be doing:

  • Companionship
  • ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
  • Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
  • Accompanying to appointments or shopping
  • Supporting clients to complete their morning and evening routines
