The RoleBusiness/Financial
- Understanding of manufacturer and sub contractor contracts/terms/scope
- Ensuring thorough understanding of the project, drawings and specs
- Executing project delivery strategy
- Provide furniture quotes and carrying out detailed takeoffs
- Provide detailed furniture specification
- Support the Furniture Consultant in the team
- Effective manufacturer liaison and management
- Accurate and timely project reporting
- Produce Misc documents
Client/Stakeholder
- Managing stakeholders within the field/onsite
- Effective communication with stakeholders (client, landlord, tenant, agent) when on site
- Client satisfaction in line with company goals
- Effective execution of Unispace methodology
People/Team
- Managing the performance of manufacturers
- Effective communication with Unispace team regarding project pricing/requirements
- Ensuring alignment to the culture, values and behaviour of Unispace
- % of milestones delivered on time
- Effective and regular reporting
- Clarity of project vision and mutual expectations with respect to roles/responsibilities, work to be completed, timeframes and required outcomes

- Managing ordering and delivering programs/schedules
- Creating and issuing instructions/requests to manufacturers and sub contractors
- Proactively identifying and escalating risks to FF&E team, where relevant, whilst operating in compliance with ethical practices
- Completing price documents and layout takeoffs
- Ensuring quality control/quality assurance
- Closing out projects
- Adopting best practice standards, technology solutions and process across local studio projects Supporting implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility program
