KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective commercial clients with the aim of securing meetings for their sales team
Clearly communicate the value proposition of their services and address client enquiries effectively
Meet and exceed monthly targets for scheduled appointments and conversions
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all interactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize outreach efforts
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to enhance selling techniques

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Prior experience in cold calling or outbound sales in a similar role is desirable but not essential
Excellent phone manner with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence and adaptability to navigate and engage with various clients
Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Proactive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to the success of the team and company

Schedule:
