Our client are recruiting for welders for long term contracts.


Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Production Welder to join our team. As a Production Welder, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and welding metal components to create high-quality products. This is a full-time position that requires strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency in stick welding.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform various welding tasks, including but not limited to stick welding, MIG welding, and TIG welding
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding techniques and materials
  • Assemble and fabricate metal components using power tools and hand tools
  • Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Production Welder or similar role
  • Proficiency in stick welding techniques
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of metal fabrication processes
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in welding and fabrication
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
  • Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication is a plus
