Job summary:
We are seeking
two Assistant Enforcement and Appeals Lawyers to join our Legal team, (
1 permanent based in Birmingham and
1 temporary based in London, in the temporary role you will be working mainly on the Supported Accommodation).
Ofsted has a regulatory role in relation to Early Years, Childcare and Social Care provider, including work associated with supported accommodation.
You will provide direct legal support or commission legal services and complement the lawyers across the various disciplines. The team covers a wide breadth legal work including litigation, enforcement issues and public law matters.This role will suit a qualified junior lawyer, looking to progress their career and take the next steps.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey the legal advice in a clear and simple method.
