The Forensic Healthcare Service at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust are seeking to appoint a Reception & Security Team Leader.


We are seeking a compassionate and innovative Team Lead to provide leadership in all aspects of Clinical Security at the Hellingly and Chichester Centre.

Taking a leading role in ensuring standards for Forensic mental Health services (Low and Medium secure care) are met, leading on the reduction of restrictive interventions and helping to prevent closed culture practices.


A key function of the role will be to promote the concept of Relational Security whilst working collaboratively with the patients we serve to ensure a safe environment for effective mental health treatment and care.
