Description

Champion, inspire and lead the development of a culture where improvement is a core component of every member of staffs daily routine Develop and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior stakeholders, across the divisions and services Lead on the development of QI with the Lead for QI facilitating the Trust to use high-quality tools and processes to support improvement work across the Trust Responsible for the operational management of the improvement projects with the nominated divisional leads Responsible for developing and implementing systems and processes for tracking organisation wide QI work.

Responsible for analysing, reporting, and supporting performance of QI programs across the organisation.

Responsible for the ward accreditation and harm free care development, using data to drive improvement and supporting the divisions with improvement workstreams.
