PERMANENT ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR - NEWCASTLE - Salary Neg
We are looking for an experienced administrator to work within the accounts team


A varied role as outlined below but lets start with the good stuff:

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays increasing on service

  • Monday

  • Friday, 35 hours per week, 9am 5pm working onsite
**Daily duties are likely to involve: - **- Provide support and assistance to the Group Manager and Senior Management Accountant.

  • Reconciling bank accounts, generating reporting information, processing valuable data, input of receipts onto excel spreadsheets, completing month end reporting and analysis and producing VAT reports.
  • Reconciling bank accounts and processing statements
  • Input of receipts onto excel spreadsheets
  • Completing month end reporting and analysis
  • Producing reports using Intelligent Office.
  • Producing VAT reports
  • Processing Data
  • Ensuring that security is maintained within the systems
  • General Office Support if needed
**In return, what we need from you: - **- Similar experience to the above

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Analytical skills.
