Job specification

  • Invoice processing, supplier recs, queries and reporting
  • Reconciliation of Direct Debits
  • Processing expense requests
  • Credit control debtor management and reporting and raising sales invoices
  • Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
  • Maintaining files, electronic records and general administration
  • Cash allocation and bank reconciliations
  • Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation

Personal Specification

  • Excellent analytical/Bookkeeping skills essential
  • Organised and professional with good time management skills
  • Proactive, selfmotivated and focused
  • Flexible and quick to embrace change
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills (MS Office and MS excel)

Experience of QuickBooks preferable

  • AAT Technician or similar qualification an advantage
