Job specification
- Invoice processing, supplier recs, queries and reporting
- Reconciliation of Direct Debits
- Processing expense requests
- Credit control debtor management and reporting and raising sales invoices
- Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
- Maintaining files, electronic records and general administration
- Cash allocation and bank reconciliations
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
Personal Specification
- Excellent analytical/Bookkeeping skills essential
- Organised and professional with good time management skills
- Proactive, selfmotivated and focused
- Flexible and quick to embrace change
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Strong IT skills (MS Office and MS excel)
Experience of QuickBooks preferable
- AAT Technician or similar qualification an advantage
