My client, a global FMCG brand, is on the hunt for a Digital Conversion Lead for a maternity cover contract to help shape and drive their B2B digital selling.

Your role will be to build and own the strategy for conversion eComm platforms for B2B digital selling roll outs across Europe, prioritising efforts, and activities on the most impactful business forecasts.

This is a maternity cover contract and my client is looking for someone who is available at short-notice for this role.

Key skill areas:

Excellent communication skills to support the build and execution of strategy
Expert at critical thinking and problem solving
Experience in building and executing strategy across multiple markets
Good collaboration abilities to be effective in working with and managing multiple stakeholders, across markets and across functions
Experience in designing selling models and abilities to identify opportunities for optimisation
Passion for high performance dedicated to driving outcomes and can identify and deliver against key KPI
Strong leadership skills and experience in motivating others for common outcomes
Skill and experience in digital tech platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento) websites and web shops preferred
