The Client Operations Executive plays a crucial role in both the set up and administration of all B2B related process.

Collaborating closely with various stakeholders across the organisation, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing the accurate setup of programmes and the timely execution of all administrative and communication tasks.

The Client Operations Executive contributes to the seamless delivery of PD's B2B programmes and the overall success of our division and organisation.

What you'll be doing


Joining the team in Programme Administration, your role would involve overseeing bookings, client contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms while meticulously executing B2B processes within set procedures and timelines.

Collaboration is key as you'll work closely with online teams to configure content and meet client requirements, keeping calendars and reminders updated to tailor our services to each client's specific needs.

Communication lies at the heart of this role. You'll be the voice responding to client inquiries, providing essential support. Coordinating joining instructions, certificates, invoices and reports, ensuring seamless client service.

Building and nurturing relationships is crucial - maintaining strong ties with clients through consistent engagement and support, while collaborating internally with various stakeholders across teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
