Using specialist knowledge of business systems, the role-holder will maintain configuration settings, troubleshoot system problems and identify and assist with ongoing development and improvement.

They will have an awareness of the operational complexities and competing demands of working in a fast-paced student led environment.

Experience in the accommodation sector would be advantageous.

Working closely with other areas of the University including the Information Services Directorate and Student Lifecycle Services, the role-holder will deliver system improves and implementation of new system modules to enhance the student journey.

They will map and implement improvements required in order to deliver seamless electronic processes.

They will be a positive advocate for transformational change and deliver information and training to a range of stakeholders and develop and maintain guidance documentation to assist others in the use of new software.

Formal interviews for this post will be held week commencing 19/02/2024.
