Full Job Description - Telesales Agent

Responsibilities:


  • Ensure agreed targets are met/exceeded maintaining prices and margin.
  • New Business within allocated area
  • Oversee the day to day bookings/orders liaising with operations
  • Building relationships with customers/prospects and operations
  • Motivated, strong work ethic, punctual, presentable
  • Ensure the client understands all of our service offerings
  • Understand the companies compliance and accreditations to use them within the sales process

Requirements:


  • Proven experience within Sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Willing to show initiative
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Commercial awareness
  • Willingness to work hard
  • Selfstarter who enjoys learning

Salary:
£20,319.00 per annum + 4.5% uncapped commission on revenue generated.
