- Recruiter We currently have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join our client, a fantastic insurance firm based in the heart of the City with a lovely team and warm corporate atmosphere.
The opportunity:
Reporting to the Group Operations Director, you will be responsible being the first point of contact
for clients both in person and on the phone
The role:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining security for the building, issuing passes to visitors and maintaining the visitors'
- Notifying appropriate people of visitors
- Tracking people arriving for appointments and when they exit the building
- Answering phone calls and responding appropriately to the caller's needs
- Ensuring meeting rooms are left clean and tidy
- Providing refreshments for meetings
About you - Knowledge and Experience:
- Good listening skills and strong PC/Excel Skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to solving problems
- Team player
- Ability to be flexible when required
- Creativity, a "hands on" attitude and the ability to "Make things Happen"
- Willingness to learn and take on additional tasks where necessary
