Warehouse Operative

Chichester

Temporary on-going

£12 per hour
Kiwi Recruitment have a great opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join with our client in the Chichester area.

Monday - Friday 7am - 4:30pm


Duties to include:


  • Packaging, weighing, recording, submitting collection orders, drop to security by deadline.
  • Freight packaging, weighing, recording, submitting collection orders, dropping Freight at drop off point.


  • Performers

  • Producing invoice for parts out of the EU.


  • SAP

  • Booking in all defective parts into quarantine and placing them into relevant shelves, ensuring accuracy of data, reporting any anomalies to shift supervisor.


  • SAP

  • Movement of parts from QS01 to QS02. Ensuring report sent at end of shift with focussed comments and timed actions outlined clearly, escalating when necessary
- targeted stock disposition max 48 hours only.


  • SAP

  • Charges per piece to charge supplier, and administration charges.
  • Direct returns to suppliers via empties route free of charge.
  • Ensuring consumables (bubble wrap/boxes/tape etc) are kept within Min/Max levels.
  • Liaising with QSB/QMT regarding SAP / Red Rack queries.

Requirements:


  • Flexibility.
  • Willingness to cover absence.
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Understanding of the importance of making sure all returns information is correct.
