Technical Administrator Apprentice" working within the Hard FM/Technical Services Division here at
Wythenshawe Hospital

  • 18Month Fixed Term Apprenticeship
  • 40 Hours per week
- £5.28 - £ per hour depending on age

  • Monday to Friday: 8.00am 4.30pm

As a
Technical Administrator Apprentice with Sodexo, you will support the daily procedures to maintain the integrity, safety, and efficient support of the Technical Department at the
Wythenshawe Hospital in Manchester.

Your training and development will demonstrate how our administrators become the go-to individuals and will allow you to gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience in the field of administration.

This apprenticeship will expose you to a variety of technologies and systems while giving you the chance to build a solid foundation in administration.

What you'll do:


  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Operation Managers of the technical department whilst learning how to manage a diary, typing memos, letters, minutes and reports
  • Provide administrative support to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Prepare and circulate letters, reports, and information packs.
  • Maintaining training records for all sitebased staff.
  • Ensuring appropriate measures have been taken to ensure confidentiality
