Description
- Day to day management and maintenance of the Multipanel Customer Portal. Adding users, resetting existing users, cleansing database, handling error messages, dealing with internal & external requests.
- Providing weekly reports to the Sales Team on service and other operational information.
- Supporting the Sales Leadership Team with accurate sales data, sales performance, and customergroup specific sales trends.
- Stock Level Management providing accurate updates on any potential stockouts within our product ranges in a timely manner so Sales Operations can manage our customer's expectations.
- Overseeing discontinued products and the wind down of stock levels to support Customer Services.
- Managing customer price lists and seeing through any price updates from start to finish including central file locations and price file management.
- Working with Customer Services and Sales Operations to ensure all open orders are on track and experiencing no delays.
- Supporting Sales Operations with monthly forecast reviews, providing data reporting to influence key decision making.
- Extensive use of Microsoft Excel to manipulate a magnitude of data within the system.
- Managing a large ongoing project ensuring order processing, customer expectations and a world class service is provided.
- Working with Key Accounts to provide support on claimback processes.
- Providing accurate data to support extracare service to large contract orders.
- Writing new processes to support all business decisions and provide excellent process knowledge to colleagues.
Profile
- Educated to degree level with a Finance, IT, Systems & Data, or Business Studies background.
- OR Experience working in an administrative or business analyst environment.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Expert knowledge in Excel using data logic to solve problems.
- Understanding of databases and networks.
- Data visualisation and manipulation.
- Process writing experience.
- Commercial awareness in relation to making key business decisions.
