A commercially savvy client of ours in Coventry are looking to make a strategic hire by recruiting a Head of Residential Property.


Given the experience needed for the role, the firm are ideally looking for a Head of Residential Property who has around 10 years of experience and upwards.

Preferably you will have experience of managing a team and encouraging others in their career. You will have extensive experience of managing your own caseload of broad residential matters.


You will be liaising with existing clients - the firm are incredibly busy so would not necessarily need someone to develop new business, but you will be given ample opportunity to continue developing existing business as the Head of Residential Property.
