Fabric Engineer Maintenance Operative x 2

Essex /East London £33k per annum & vehicle fuel card & package

Our client are a leading national FM and Building Services Maintenance provider, due to continued long term contract wins they require a Fabric Engineer/Maintenance Operative to work on a couple of key Commercial sites in Essex and London.

Package:

Up to 33k per annum basic salary

Vehicle and fuel card

Continous professional development (paid for courses)

Handyman Fabric
Engineer job duties
Duties To cover all fabric maintenance works in region. To attend ppms and reactive maintenance work.

Workload and duties will vary and include basic fabric work such as carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating, filter changes and cleans of MechanicalSystems, basic electric works, this work will be carried on a number of prestigious contracts in Essex and London.

Requirements for Handyman Fabric Engineer.
Proven Track record in commercial building maintenance

Versatile and able to cover basic works in a number of disciplines.

Maintenance Experience in a commercial environment

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
